Founded in 2017, Bluegrass Financial Partners became into existence out of Ryan Snellen's desire to provide his clients with independent and honest financial planning. Ryan spent time in the corporate financial planning world where he saw first hand the limitations of corporate firms.
Ryan is a decorated Hall of Fame runner with honors and records held at both Central Hardin High School and at Belmont University. His competitiveness is what drives his work ethic. He is always working to provide the best options for his clients. Each client relationship is unique and an ever improving landscape.
It is safe to say Ryan does not shy away from a challenge, all the while maintaining trust and security. He is passionate about many things be it family, his church, running, private piloting, or antique cars. Though he finds most excitement in building lifelong relationships with those who've instilled their trust in him.

Ryan Snellen, CFP®, ChFC®
Ryan and his wife Brittany Snellen married in 2017, and have two sons. Their first born Wesley Monroe Snellen in August 2019, and Sawyer James Snellen, born in May of 2021. Ryan is an accomplished Cross Country and Track athlete and has been inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Belmont University in Nashville TN, as well as Central Hardin High School in Elizabethtown KY. Hobbies include being a private pilot since 2015, antique car enthusiast, and active member at Woodmont Baptist Church in Nashville TN.
